1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using EasyBallot, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
EasyBallot is a personal voter research tool that uses AI to generate candidate recommendations based on your stated political preferences. It is a research aid — not a source of authoritative electoral information. Always verify information through official sources before voting.
3. Voting Disclaimer
EasyBallot’s recommendations are for informational and research purposes only. They are not endorsements, legal advice, or authoritative guidance of any kind.
All candidate research and recommendations generated by EasyBallot are produced by AI systems that may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or simply wrong. Candidates’ positions change. Race contexts shift. AI models have limitations.
Your vote is your responsibility. EasyBallot, Great Sitkin Technologies LLC, and any of its officers, employees, or affiliates bear no responsibility or liability whatsoever for:
- Any vote you cast, regardless of whether you relied on information or recommendations provided by this app
- Any outcome of any election, race, or ballot measure
- Any dissatisfaction, regret, or adverse consequence arising from a voting decision made with or without reference to this app
- Any inaccuracy, omission, or error in candidate research, recommendations, or ballot information displayed in the app
By using EasyBallot, you acknowledge that voting is a personal decision, that you retain full responsibility for every choice you make on a ballot, and that no recommendation from this app — however confident it may appear — relieves you of that responsibility. We strongly encourage you to conduct your own independent research before voting.
4. Not Political Advice or Endorsement
EasyBallot is not affiliated with any political party, candidate, or electoral organization. Recommendations do not constitute endorsements by Great Sitkin Technologies LLC.
5. Your Anthropic API Key
EasyBallot uses a bring-your-own-key model. By providing your Anthropic API key, you:
- Confirm you have the right to use that key
- Acknowledge that usage costs are billed directly to your Anthropic account
- Agree that EasyBallot has no liability for API costs incurred through your use
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Use the App to generate or distribute disinformation about candidates or elections
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Third-Party Services
EasyBallot integrates with Anthropic’s API, Firebase, and a few other ballot information source-providing third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREAT SITKIN TECHNOLOGIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $0.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated in-app.
